App Store availability
The App Store download link will be added to the Casa website when the app is live. Until then, this page provides public support, privacy, terms, and account deletion information for review and launch preparation.
Getting Started
Open Casa, sign in, create a household, and review the household settings. Add your home details only where needed for app features, then invite trusted members who should be able to view and manage shared household information.
Invitations
Household owners can send invitations from the household member area. If an invitation does not work, confirm the recipient is using the latest Casa build, signed into the expected account, and opening the most recent invitation link or code.
Chores
Use chores for recurring household work and one-time responsibilities. If chore updates do not appear for another member, confirm both devices have network access and iCloud syncing is available for Casa.
Bills
Bills help households track shared expenses and due dates. Casa is not a payment processor and should not be used as the only record for legal, financial, or tax decisions.
Notifications
Notifications require permission in iOS Settings and may use Apple Push Notification service in production. If notifications are denied, Casa remains usable, but reminders and household alerts may not appear outside the app.
Documents
Casa can help households keep agreements and important files accessible to members. Only upload documents you have the right to share with your household, and remove documents that no longer belong in the shared space.
Account
Casa requires accounts because household membership, roles, invitations, and shared records need secure synchronization. For deletion help, use the in-app Settings screen or visit the Delete Account page.
FAQ
Can Casa be used if notification permission is denied?
Yes. Casa remains usable, but reminders and household alerts may not appear outside the app.
Does Casa sell household data?
No. Casa does not sell personal information and does not use third-party advertising SDKs.
How do I remove my account?
Open Casa, go to Settings, choose Delete Account, review the warning, and confirm deletion. See Delete Account for details.
What should I include when contacting support?
Include the Casa version, device model, iOS version, the affected feature, and a brief description of what happened. Do not send passwords or sensitive documents by email.
